We are a Global admission assistance company and help universities to Recuit students for its various online and in class MBA and Executive education programs.

We are based in Mumbai with offices in Lower Parel Andheri & Thane .

Role & Other Details :

- Team Manager / Team Leader / Branch manager / center manager

- Experience: 6 to 10 years in managing sales and business development.

- Should have string team management experience .Team size managed should be 12 to 30 sales executives.

Preferred industries - Higher Education. Edutech

KRA :

- Sales Planning . P & L management

- Hiring Sales team . Develop and train the teams to ensure sales and Profitability matrix.

- KRA and KPA setting for entire teams to ensure revenue targets are achieved .

- Daily reporting

- Should we well experienced in sales / calling softwares like Salesforce/ CRMs-

- Joining Is immediate / before 2st April
