Primary Responsibilities : - Execute the delivery of web/mobile performance campaigns - Manage monthly affiliate budgets across various clients - Negotiate and manage commission structures for affiliates - Close co-ordination with BD & Client Servicing Team. - New affiliate recruitment through LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms. - Allocate targets to affiliates and ensure that targets for the respective campaigns are met within specified timelines. - Proactively respond to & resolve affiliate queries. - Nurture existing affiliate relationships, support them with various innovative ideas for campaign optimization. - In-depth data analysis for Web/Mobile campaigns to prevent/minimize fraud. - Do in-depth Affiliate Performance management, Campaign optimization & regular reporting Required Skills & Experience : - 8+ years of experience of handling publishers/affiliates - Bachelors or above from an accredited university or college - Experience in an affiliate network will be an added advantage. - Possess good network of web & mobile publishers/affiliates. - Thorough knowledge of the performance models across web/mobile-CPL, CPR, CPV, CPA, CPI, CPT etc. - Thorough understanding of the types of fraud in Web & Mobile. - Strong understanding of attribution mechanisms, cookies, pixels, tracking platforms & MMPs. - Good written & verbal communication skills. - Strong data analytical skills. - Proactive approach and ability to multitask. - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
