About the role : - Branding : Strategise and develop the brand positioning for the company. Lead research to formulate product positioning and messaging. - Marketing : Full stack marketing. We expect experience with multiple marketing channels including Digital (Email, Facebook, Social Media, SEO/SEM, remarketing, content marketing, PPC), Co-marketing and Offline (ATL, TTL, BTL) etc. - Team Management: Should be able to flow back and forth between management of marketing team and hands on operation. - Customer Experience &amp; Product Development: Work with the product team to develop new and improved portfolio of products. Optimize customer experience to drive repeat sales, and customer satisfaction. - Analytics &amp; Budgeting : Maintain and develop metrics and dashboards, to have a bird's eye view of marketing operations such as funnel analysis, channel efficiency, attribution, budgets, spends, CAC, ROI etc.
