Job Description:
- Receiving the requirement of client, understanding the job profile, & fulfilling their hiring needs efficiently.
- Only Women candidates
- Willing to relocate to Chennai
- Searching suitable candidates for clients through various sources such as job portals (monster.com, naukri.com), references, Networking (LinkedIn, Facebook) Head Hunting and databank based upon the required skill sets.
- Sending the scrutinized profiles to the clients & coordinating with them for short- listing & interview scheduling.
- Conducting Interviews: - Assessing the candidates on their Communication Skills and Salary drawn and Salary expected, date of joining, and any legal commitment towards the present organization.
- Interaction & smooth coordination between client & candidates at the time of offer stage.
- Keeping continuous follow-up with ‘Offer Accepted’ candidates, helping them for DOJ extension &thereby ensuring their joining.
- Interacting with clients.
- Arranging telephonic and personal interviews to the short listed candidates.
- Developing strong database.
- Sourcing profiles by visiting job portals, candidate referrals, job posting & company database & screening the CVs and conducting HR validation.
- Making reconfirmation calls and clarifying doubts of candidates.
- Ascertaining manpower requirements and screening and short listing resumes through job portals sourcing quality candidates within the least time.
- Conducting preliminary interviewing and negotiations with identified candidates.
- Identifying candidates on the basis of requirements, scheduling interviews and verifying candidate’s credentials & career expectations.
- Negotiating salaries, generating offer letter
- Maintaining tracker for sourcing profiles, status of candidates and other activities.
