We are looking for our Regional Sales personnel, who will be having below mentioned roles & responsibilities :
 
Strategic :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, technique and tactics to meet business goals

- Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Training the sales team to improve their performance and reach their true potential

- Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule

Implementation :

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and build positive working relationship with them for repeat business

- Drive sales closures and be an integral part of sales negotiations

- Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings and social networks to represent company

- Present detailed sales forecast reports to top management on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

- Effectively organize and balance tasks and priorities to keep multiple projects on track

Other Tasks :

- Prepare sales contracts and proposals for customers and partners

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

- B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/ Electronics & communication)

- MBA in Sales

- Should have minimum experience of 5+ years in sales
