The role's core functions are:

- Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategy in line with organization mission, vision and goals

- Create & develop distribution channel in line with the growth objectives

- Increase sales & market share in OOH market through partners and direct sales

Sales Leadership:

- Lead the West sales team to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals

- Develop partner & distribution channel

- Generate & convert adequate Sales pipeline, Drive all necessary processes, SOPS, dashboards.

- Provide guidance and support to regional sales managers in developing and executing effective sales plan

Cross Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to ensure a unified approach to market strategy

- Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on sales and marketing performance and challenges

Performance Analytics:

- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies

- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies
