Manager Sales (Government)

Responsibilities:

Strategic

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, technique and tactics to meet business goals

- Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Understand and Spec the government tenders.

- Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule

Implementation

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in govt. accounts and build positive working relationship with them for repeat business

- Drive sales closures and assist team for negotiations

- Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent company

- Present detailed sales forecast reports to top management on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

- Effectively organize and balance tasks and priorities to keep multiple projects on track

Other Tasks

- Prepare sales contracts and proposals for Govt. projects

- Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
