Responsibilities

Strategic Role: 

1. Formulating HR strategy in line with business objectives 

2. Organization structuring and development 

3. Manpower & budget planning 

4. Training Need Analysis across all departments and developing a training calendar 

5. Spearheading the performance management cycle

Acquisition Role: 

1. Working with technology, sales and operations team to identify talent requirements 

2. Good interviewing skills 

3. Good knowledge of multiple assessment tools and personality tests 

4. Working closely with the recruitment team, understanding target hires skills, creating job descriptions 

5. Salary benchmarking and negotiation 

6. Attrition management

Generalist: 

1. Implementing the annual R&R Process 

2. Introducing innovation in defining the KRAs and KPIs for employees 

3. Liaising between the management and the employees 

4. Establishing and implementing the company's HR policies 

5. Employee grievance management 

6. Other generalist HR responsibilities

Other responsibilities:
