About The Role: The role is focused to help drive the eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Survey) for clients. Own the end to end delivery of the eNPS engagements and manage the client life cycle. You will get to co-own the P&L of a practice and learn how to build and scale a practice. Own the eNPS Module and SEL (Startups Employees Love) initiatives - Owning the Accounts end to end (Onboarding the client, invoking services team support for engagement delivery & Client Retention) - Be a vital connection between the Sales, Product & Service teams - Assist Clients in maximizing value from the Product & Services - Focus on reducing Churn & building long term relationships with the client - Proactive Problem Identification & resolution - Handle end to end relationships with the clients, understand the context & problem statements Own the Peoplecues - eNPS module engagements - Client Onboarding & eNPS Readiness - Getting ready for debrief with Founder(s), CHRO & Leaders - Develop implementable Action Plans that can improve the eNPS - Develop implementable Action Plans that can improve the eNPS - Product Adoption through Pulse Check-ins and Manager Barometer - Contract renewals & conversion of one time clients to Full subscription - Data Centric Approach - Build & automate dashboards that can be productised This is what describes you best: - Strong HR acumen and process orientation with overall experience of 2 to 3 years of experience in HRBP roles in startups or mid-sized companies - Demonstrated ability to influence people with founder personas - A strong understanding of business, and the strong link between people and business - Outstanding analytical, conceptual & communication skills - Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Thought Leadership: High on problem-solving & strategic thinking - Execution Excellence: High on the bias for action and is able to bring rigor to all client solutions - Founder Mindset: Takes significant initiative beyond his/her defined role to build xto10x
