XTEN-AV - Director - Sales (5-8 yrs)
Director - Sales- North America & Europe:
XTEN-AV LLC is looking for a young and dynamic Director of Sales who would be responsible for growing the world's Best and fastest growing AV design software :XTENAV's business in North America and European PRO AV Market.
- Manage and grow sales in North America and European Region
- Planning sales and Marketing goals in the assigned regions
- Meeting Planned Sales Goals on a monthly, Quarterly and Annual Basis
- Fully Understanding XTEN-AV Platform's functions features and USP to communicate to customers
- Conducting Full Product Demo's of XTEN-AV platform remotely or in person as required.
- Work and follow up on Leads generated by marketing and other sources.
- Conduct full product training of Onboarded customers.
- Work with Regional reps and Distributors to grow Business in their territories.
- Man International Trade Show Booth's wherever XTEN-AV exhibits: Infocomm USA, Integrated Systems Europe(ISE) and CEDIA USA and others
- Work with Customers and Product Management teams to provide customer feedback and help with enhancement of the XTEN -AV platform
- Willingess to work in US times zones, EST time zone preferred.
- Support Existing customers in the region with their queries, concerns with the product.
- You must have outstanding oral and written Communication skills and ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with customers with diverse nationalities and regions.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience of selling software products, B2B SAAS experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Engineering and Masters in Business (MBA) Preferred
- Proven Track Record of achieving sales goals
- Great Presentation skills and ability to engage CEO, CTO level Decision makers
- Pleasing personality and easy to work with customers with a smile.
- Strong experience of using software solutions experience with Cloud based SAAS products preferred experience of selling software solutions preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good leadership skills required to further grow and manage a sales team.
Compensation and benefits:
- INR 25-30 Lacks, fixed and 10-15 Lacks commission based on achieving sales targets

Work Enviornment :
- 90% work from Home (remote)
- 10% International Travel mostly to International tradeshows
If candidate is based outside of US and Europe time zones then will have to work in the Eastern US time Zone.
