Regional Commercial Manager :  Role:  - Responsible for 100% collection of all XSEED money   - Responsible for formulation of strategy at a regional to improve the business metrics  - Own the account reconciliations, invoicing & account statement process with finance.  - Own enforcement of all contracts & policies.  - Partner with sales, finance, & supply chain to build a culture and system of zero loss tolerance   - Build tight controls and vendor base to run retail cash sales with no cash or inventory risks.  - Build a vendor ecosystem including experts/agencies on a collection, legal, distribution, banking, vetting, and market intelligence.   Experience :  - Chartered Accountant with 5-7 Years of experience in a business finance role or commercial function. Degree in law would be an advantage  - Experience of collecting money personally as well as & through team from retail clients would be advantage  - Experience of defining and setting up processes which impact business  Competencies & Skills :  - Orientation to call or visit and confidently ask for money, continuously remind if required even embarrass people to get the due money  - Running processes involving multiple people and strong dashboarding/review   - Strong process skills should work closely with finance in improving invoicing and reconciliation processes  - Understand the bank CMS systems and best practices followed in various retail collection companies  - Persistence had shown past behavior of not giving up and completing tasks.  - Assertive should be able to communicate openly and transparently; Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills  - Willingness to travel and stretch
