Leading Education company seeks Manager, Sales and Marketing

Job Description: XSEED Education is looking for a passionate and talented Sales and Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a significant impact on our brand presence in key markets and drive business growth. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

- Be part of the early team, and work closely with leadership to strategize and execute marketing efforts in the Hyderabad and Telangana regions. Involves both online and offline.

- Building a strong brand presence in the Hyderabad and Telangana region.

- Visiting schools in the region as a part of lead generation and gathering insights to build a strong business.

- As an initial team member, be part of a lean team building systems and processes. Over time, take responsibility for building teams.

Experience: 3-4 years in Marketing & Sales roles.

Requirements :

- Understand the Hyderabad landscape well and can speak Telugu

- Good communication skills

- Highly agile, action-oriented, and results-driven

- Strong focus on execution and long-term goals

- Someone who loves being on the ground, interacting with all stakeholders, and coming up with innovative solutions to meet business goals

Education : A graduate of a premier engineering school (IIT/NIT) or leading commerce/humanities college. Alternatively, an MBA from a premier B school. Being part of lean teams/startups has experience building things from the ground up is important.
