Job description We're seeking a passionate, high performance General Manager. The candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing XSEED's business in the North, managing a team of customer retention (farming) and implementation professionals. Customer Satisfaction is absolutely vital to XSEED's long-term profitability and ability to achieve our mission of transforming learning outcomes in children. Your responsibilities: - Drive lifetime customer value through 100% customer retention and higher product adoption. Jointly drive collections with the help of the commercial team - Own improvement in your region's NPS and renewal rate. Recruit and retain model schools and drive positive references. - Drive implementation quality and rigour: on-time, high quality delivery of all services, visible improvement in education outcomes, and proactive, rapid and complete discovery and resolution of issues - Lead and grow a high-performance team with a culture of continuous improvement - Personally manage relationships with key customers and actively engage with school management Successful candidates for the role: - Have 10+ years customer-facing field experience, preferably in B2B services companies (MNC and start-up) - Have deep empathy for customers AND a hunger to grow business - Are hands-on, process-driven, analytical, and relationship-oriented - Have a learning mind-set and the ability to manage a high-performance customer success team (25+ people) in a fast-paced environment - Possess excellent influence, communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills, and can manage difficult customers - Have excellent academic credentials, graduating from a leading university with a degree in business or a quality professional qualification (e.g. CFA) - Are mature, transparent, hard-working, and have long-term intent to grow with XSEED - Are passionate about making an impact in improving learning outcomes for children - Can travel extensively (1.5-2 weeks/month)
