Roles & responsibilities:  - Review analyze and compare monthly and quarterly operating financial results and key performance indicators against plan and other internal benchmarks, including working capital and cash flow analysis.   - Timely closure of Audit for all group entities.  - Responsible for the accuracy and preparation of monthly financial reports, including interpretive comments (including risks and opportunities) and recommendations to support the monthly financial review process.   - Ensures compliance with accounting principles and IFRS, corporate finance policies and procedures, internal control processes, risk management and finance reporting requirements  - Working capital management.  - Treasury operations including managing bank relationships.  - Administers, and controls financial operations as account payables, account receivables, credit, and analysis process.   - Ensure all compliance including all filings & assessment to various tax authorities for direct & indirect taxes   - Tax Planning & optimization at group level.  - Owning legal function: Documentation, Notices & litigations.   Ideal Profile:   - Chartered Accountant preferably a rank holder with 8-10 Years post qualification experience  - Experience of ERP implementation will be preferable   - Articleship from a reputed firm.  - Process driven approach, detail orientation & someone who looks for perfection and has ability to learn fast.  - Exposure on working with multiple legal entity structure with exposure to transfer pricing, consolidation.   - Must be Hands-on, operationally strong and able to multi-task.
