XSEED Education has several areas work in education. Through XSEED a comprehensive platform for student curriculum,assessment, teacher education and instructional leadership it partners with schools across the country to raise the bar of how children learn and how teachers teach. XSEED Education Consulting focuses on leadership development, education projects,and training, that serve corporations, foundations, and governments.XSEED Education Preschools is creating a network of early care centers of outstanding quality.

Desired Profile:

- MBA/B.E with 23 years direct sales experience preferably in a solution sales environment

- Strong presentation skills in English and local language

- Track record of deal closure and revenue generation

Role:

Candidate will be responsible for lead generation and deal closure in the given territory. This includes

- Responsible for sales in 12 districts or a part of a metro region

- Build a database of 150 schools in the assigned territory though visits

- Visit schools 45 every day to make presentations to decision makers

- Followthrough on key prospects to secure academic buyin

- Work closely with the Cluster Manager for securing commercial negotiations

- Acquire 1015 schools for XSEED and generate a revenue of 11.5 Cr revenue

- Collect cash payments from schools

- Follow established sales processes, CRM systems and policies
