Xpressbees - Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Control Tower

Control tower : Senior manager / AGM

- Lead the team of Control Tower team to maintain high level business operations

- Maintain close cross functional stakeholder management.

- Facilitate and coordinates all transportation procedures according to SOPs aligned with customers- requirements are delivered and maintained

- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both customers and company

- Review and analysis the operations data and performance to prepare monthly management reports with sound recommendations to management and customers

- Monitor the targets and KPIs such as on time delivery rate, delivery volumes, service quality and customer complaints

- Provide guidance to subordinates to enhance team's competences

- Ensure coaching and best practice sharing across the Control Tower teams and work on refining real time monitoring.

- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to collate necessary inputs, deliver RCAs, and address real-time issues. Handle the planning and program management of all metrics and projects related to operations.

- Daily/ Weekly Reviews - closely monitoring actual vs planned operational metrics, track the performance of planned initiatives, and lead the analysis / work closely with stakeholders for - RCA on deviations from plan.

- RCA & Deep dives- Weekly, fortnightly updates and deep dives to stakeholders as needed

- Handle the planning and program management of all metrics and projects related to operations.

- Ability to stay unbounded and do not restrict himself to the Job Description.

- Need to work with multiple stakeholders including Operations, Planning, Tech, Analytics

Must have :

1. Strong analytical skills - Keen eye for detail, high level of curiosity, and ownership.

2. BE and MBA or BE

3. Very strong communication

4. Experience in Supply chain Operation (7+ yrs of experience would be preferred)

5. Experience in handling big team and handling senior management

6. Have worked on huge data sets (R and Python will be preferred)
