Job Description : Manager Prepaid Clients B2C (MSME's)
Responsibilities :
- Drive and meet assigned sales targets by managing end to end sales cycle
- Generate leads to form calling databases relevant to the line of product
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Finger-holding customers for a short time to make sure complete onboarding
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Requirements :
- 1-3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Experience in e-commerce / logistics industry is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communicator in English, Hindi
- Proficiency in a regional language will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with any CRM software is a plus
- Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
