- Must have strong experience in Organization Development
- End to End design and execution of Operations Trainings in areas of Process &System
- Design training solutions on the basis of diverse sources like on-field observations, SOPs, business plans, stakeholder needs etc
- Enable L&D team to develop training content for blue-collared and white- collared employees
Design and Execute Organizational Development projects like:
a. Design and execution of Graduate and Management Trainee programs
b. Technical and Behavioural Competency Development with SMEs
c. Design and execute enhancements to Performance Management Systems in accordance with evolving business needs
d. Design and execute leadership development programs through right external partners, vendors, & institutes
- Monitoring and ensuring effective utilization of PAN India Quarterly R&R for off roll and on roll
