- Negotiating with vendors to arrive at best possible and cost effective solution for organization. - Managing live database of inventory stock items & maintaining stock inventory for upcoming orders. - Tracks of Assets and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs, etc - Working & Maintaining the Monthly Budget & Costing Report. - Preparing the daily & Monthly report of Consumption & In stock inventory, Assets, etc - Sourcing property & dealing with Brokers, Property owners for Infra requirement. - Keeping a track of the status of all the Agreement and property Licenses & Other Legal Documents sending reminders internally to teams so that it can be renewal before deadlines. - Maintaining City Petty Cash Expenses - Works towards solving the core problem and identifies the task involved - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and exploring alternative logistic partners as backup and improve performance - Driving cost reduction ideas through Alternate vendor & Market Research with R&D Manufacturing. - Ability to hire and manage a distributed team - Meeting the company's performance expectations and ensuring timely reporting & invoicing
