Monitoring project progress & outstanding issues, participating in project review meetings and ensuring the quality & timelines of the deliverables pear heading end-to-end erection, commissioning, maintenance, testing etc. 4. Controlling team work, team trainings, shifts, change management, cross-function dispute resolution, and employee grievances resolution 5. Successfully developed & implemented cost reduction activities in design selection & quality control activities
