Head-IT JOB SUMMARY : - The Head of IT will be responsible for identifying the potential educational IT products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction to the organization. - We are looking for an experienced & dynamic person who will work closely with the school leadership team in determining the IT product need, vendor evaluation and design & execute the implementation and change management that deliver the school's vision and strategy. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : - Analyze the IT product requirement for the schools, gain deep understanding of the product and preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with the school team. - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Develop Product Pricing and positioning strategies - Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : - 5-7 years of work experience in product and project management - Past experience of leading a team - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - Solid technical background with hands on understanding of technology products - Master/ bachelor's degree in computer sciences or engineering. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE : - Strong Problem-Solving Skills - Strong project management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
