Set up, develop and supervise sales to increase business bandwidth. Duties and responsibilities : - Set up a sales team and develop it for generating sales on a steady manner. - Visit various clients and make corporate tie-ups. - Required to be on field trips for client meetings . - Alongside also maintain the hygiene factor of the branch. - Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. - Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. - Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications include : - MBA in Marketing / Sales - Additional Course in Sales (If Any) - At least 2 years of Experience in the core field of selling software Sales. - Strong in business communication.
