- Finance Operations provides a diverse range of services to the other areas of Finance, namely Controllers and Business Partners.

- It is important that we engage with our customers and manage their perceptions and expectations of the services we provide and this is one of the main objectives of the Service Delivery team.

- It is also imperative that our services are provided effectively and efficiently and are as standardized as possible.

- Measuring these is another main focus of the Service Delivery team.

- As the Senior Manager, you will be primarily responsible for working with the Service Delivery Lead on customer engagement, and customer management activities as well as the other responsibilities below.

What will your essential responsibilities include :

- Actively engaging with the team leaders to make sure that issues with service are being resolved

- Aiding with the development of service delivery guidelines and standards for the Finance Operations Function Areas to leverage

- Assisting in the creation of Service Level Agreements between Finance Operations and our customers and make sure that SLAs are maintained regularly

- Helping to identify the Key Performance Indicators for each team in Finance Operations and ensure these are captured, tracked and reported

- Assisting in the creation of a Service Delivery issues log and ensure the log is managed effectively

- Making sure the Finance Operations service catalogue is maintained in line with the expectations of the Service Delivery Lead

- Providing inputs relating to new initiatives for the team

- As the Service Delivery function evolves, additional responsibility may include managing an India based Service Delivery team

- You will report to Paul Hale.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills :

- Proven prior experience in a customer focused role, preferably within the financial services industry

- Able to view situations from the perspective of others and act with the customer in mind. Can anticipate and exceed customer expectations

- Knowledge of Finance Operations processes and procedures

- Demonstrable experience in managing a small team

- Excellent documentation skills

- Solutions driven. Approaches tasks proactively and anticipates needs. Thinks quickly and is able to prioritize multiple work streams. Has a strong sense of personal accountability and a can do, will do attitude.

- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills

- Willing to challenge the status quo

- Keen attention to detail: able to execute on multiple streams of work with competing priorities without sacrificing quality

- Collaborative approach: Seeks input from others to achieve the best result possible.Capable of working and collaborating with colleagues virtually
