We are looking for candidates who have worked in Strategy/Business Consulting firms like (MBBs) for 2-4 years or in Corporate Strategy offices of early/mid stage startups. Additionally, we limit ourselves to hiring candidates who graduated from IIM ABCLK, FMS, SP JAIN and XLRI. Our latest new hires are MBAs from IIM A, B, C and MIT Sloan. Responsibilities : - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Develop recommendations for new initiatives and projects. - Work with other departments to implement strategic initiatives. - Track the progress of strategic initiatives and make adjustments as needed. - Communicate the company's strategy to employees and stakeholders. Qualifications : - MBA with 2-4 years of experience in corporate strategy or a related field. - Strong analytical and research skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail.
