Say you want to travel from a small town in Bihar to Goa.. You can book your entire journey with Xitudy in not more than 15 clicks.

And for making this possible, we need a bit of your help. We are looking to launch our platform before August and need your assistance with it.

We are looking for candidates who have worked in Strategy/Business Consulting firms for 2-4 years or in Corporate Strategy offices of early/mid-stage startups. Additionally, we limit ourselves to hiring candidates who graduated from IIM ABCLK, FMS, SPJAIN, ISB, and XLRI. Our latest new hires are MBAs from IIM A, B, C, and MIT Sloan.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Develop recommendations for new initiatives and projects.

- Work with other departments to implement strategic initiatives.

- Track the progress of strategic initiatives and make adjustments as needed.

- Communicate the company's strategy to employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- MBA with 2-4 years of experience in corporate strategy or a related field.

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail.

Though we are thinking of offering a competitive compensation based on your current drawn CTC, we will be offering a maximum compensation of 45LPA with 10% of it as a variable part + Annual Bonuses ( as and when we receive funding) + ESOPs (PS: We received a term sheet in Feb'24 from one of the largest global investment banks).
