Job Description: - Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team. - Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires. - Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding and employer branding. - Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. - Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans. - Plan employee referral programs. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors. Come up with new ideas for the same. - Source and find candidates qualified for open positions as and when required/ critical requirements. - Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.). - Review the recruitment process for the organization and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact. - Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops. - Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilize the insights for process enhancements. Determine HR and recruiting KPIs also, create and present KPI reports. - Suggest measures for improving employee retention strategies. - Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool Attend career and college fairs, and similar events. Ideal Applicant : - You must have in depth expertise and understanding of talent acquisition across different positions and specialist roles. - You should have experience in managing a large and diverse team, hiring across all levels, as well as campus and niche roles. - Experience in campus recruitment, employer branding and recruitment strategies is critical. - You will come with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in recruitment, talent strategy, candidate assessments, fitment analysis and on-boarding with exposure and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space.
