Brand Marketing Lead
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Consumer Insights driven marketer with a keen understanding of consumer trends/sentiment and ability to translate insights into communications
- Build cultural, category & competition learnings for a better innovation pipeline / market specific communication
- Able to link strong customer insights to clear marketing actionables with measurable ROI
- Create high-impact campaigns for the Indian market
- Sound knowledge of ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Digital etc)
- Conceptualization & end to end implementation is a must
- Able to independently devised marketing calendars with actionables for multiple categories
- Has a proven track record of strong brand credentials having built credible reputation for the brand in both Traditional & digital ecosystems
- Able to Independently manage advertising/agencies
- Partner with the product marketing and creative team to provide insights and strategic direction.
- Lead creation of communication briefs, basis the identified insights
- Own campaign assessments and feedback loop for improvements/course corrections
- Sound knowledge of Research including Brand Track, its implications etc
Candidate Profile : - Marketing MBA, working/ having worked in handset or Ecommerce or FMCG or FMCD companies.
- 8-12 years' experience in Brand Management.
- Built a consumer brand (or two) from the ground up.
- Creative storytelling/ storyboarding skills a must.
- Entrepreneurial experience or experience in marketing consultancies/ advertising agencies will be valued.
