Purpose

Talent sourcers are responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates with technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. They primarily interact with potential candidates personally or online, and schedule interviews with Recruiters and Hiring Managers. They also maintain candidate databases and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Avature.

- Support the Senior Recruiters in the end to end Hiring process

- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Naukri.com)

- Crafting and sending recruiting emails and building targeting lists through LinkedIn Recruiter

- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)

- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

- Manage referrals from current employees and external networks

- Promote our employer brand online and offline

- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)

- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

- Manage the background screening process with Senior Recruiters

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role - minimum 4-5 years relevant experience

- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

- Solid verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

- Effective time-management abilities
