About the Company: 

Xerago is a 15-year-old Private Limited company that helps brands with their Marketing Transformation by providing integrated marketing services through its Marketing Centres of Excellence.

We are looking for a Technical Architect to ensure the right architecture is defined and implemented to all our internal technology activities, as well on our customer's projects.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We- d also like you to have hands-on experience on software development and be able to manage complex programs.

What you'll do : 

1. Understand company needs to define system specifications

2. Breaking down large scale projects into manageable chunks

3. Working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research

4. Plan and design the structure of a technology solution

5. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods

6. Communicate system requirements to software development teams

7. Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members

8. Assist with solving technical problems when they arise

9. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure

10. Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions

11. Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

What you'll need:

1. Proven experience as a Technical Architect

2. Understanding of strategic IT solutions

3. Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)

4. Knowledge of two or more coding languages

5. Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Linux) and databases (e.g. MySQL, Mango DB etc)

6. Experience in Cloud technologies

7. Excellent communication skills

8. Problem-solving aptitude

9. Organizational and leadership skills

10. Ability to be adapt and priorities

11. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

12. Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions

13. Relevant Degree (Engineering or a related field)
