What you'll get to do : - Ensure timely payments from clients to meet the aggressive quarterly and annual goals. - Generate revenue through upsells, renewals and variables with a focus on realising cash flow. - Study the external client relationships within its industry and recognise potential clients through referrals. - Build a solid and lasting relationship with C-level executives (CEO, CMO, CFO) and Point of Contact. - Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly executive business reviews that help facilitate customer alignment on business objectives and outcomes and learn about customer initiatives and opportunities. - Check client's health defined with the Consultant Team by the colour index dependent on the retention matrixes. - Identify and define the scope of an account's needs and challenges with the Consultants regularly for visibility- often used regarding upcoming sales and earnings figures of a given quarter and is highly scrutinised as an indicator of a business's success.
