With the digital retail wave alongside us, we've seen a 7x growth in the number of brands using Xeno.
The chance to scale Xeno from $1M to $10M++
We think of this role as an entrepreneur as much as a Sales Manager. But instead of building a company from scratch, you get to come in after we've gone through the pains of getting to $1M ARR while figuring out early market-product fit. You get to directly take on the challenge of helping us to scale the business from $1M to $10M revenue in 2.5 years & beyond.

What you'll do
- Close deals with enterprise customers
- Understand customer's goals and challenges and establish Xeno's product as the best solution available.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers & influence the long-term strategic direction
- Take end-to-end ownership of client deals including prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise accounts.
- Interact with people at any level within the customer organization from CxO's to finance to executives
- Work with the different teams across the company to bring about change and help drive the business forward
- Working closely with the Marketing team to identify best practices and industries for generating inbound leads.
What we are looking for :
- Degree with 4-7 years of experience in Business Development & Sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience towards selling to large enterprises and to the Indian Market
- Experience of selling solutions to the retail sector is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, forward-thinking and decision making skills
