You- ll be working directly with the founders, strategizing with them & playing a massive role in the future of the business. You'll get a chance to become an expert in industries across sectors, from Retail to FnB, getting on calls with Marketing & Business Heads of brands like Nandos, Forest Essentials, Taco Bell. The role is a pure hustler role and requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about entrepreneurship.

About Xeno

Xeno enables brands to delight customers with their marketing by creating 1 million unique campaigns for their 1 million existing customers across Facebook, Instagram, Email & SMS. The result is a 150% increase in revenue from their marketing campaigns and over 100 brands like Forever New, Manyavar, The Beer Cafe have already achieved these results using Xeno.

You'll be a regular part of meetings with product teams and AI-ML engineers to get a hands-on understanding of Xeno, these meetings will help you better understand customer needs and solutions. You'll get a chance to become an expert in industries across sectors, from F&B to Retail, getting on calls with CXO's of mid and large brands across the country. You'll get to see the tangible value our product is adding to customers and sell something you actually believe in.

What You- ll Do

- Close deals with customers and help find the best solution that fits their needs.

- Identify ways to improve and fasten the sales process and maximize the revenue pipeline.

- Understand customer's goals and challenges and establish Xeno's product as the best solution available.

- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers & influence the long-term strategic decisions of their marketing

- Interact with people at any level within the customer organization from CxO's to finance to executives

- Work with the different teams across the company to bring about change and help drive the business forward

What You'll Need to Bring:
 
- 1-4 years of experience working with an enterprise sales team.

- Understanding of SaaS business model and various stages of the sales funnel.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

- Understanding of and comfort with tools like Hubspot, etc.

- Interest in market expansion and an ability to work across business sectors.

- Ability to present complex business solutions and data into simple insightful solutions.
