Role: Product Manager / Sr Product Manager- Data Science and Analytics

Location: India: (Remote Working - Permanent)

What we want to see:

As a Product Manager at Xeeva, you will be a key stakeholder for data science projects on Xeeva's proprietary platform. You will be leading A/B testing capability, digital data ingestion & distribution platforms, a portfolio that equips Xeeva with technologies and capabilities that convert more use cases to AI/ML.

The candidate should demonstrate the ability to gather requirements at both tactical and strategic levels to launch new capabilities. He/she should advocate and lead a timeline to produce a series of small data science solutions first before the broader market rollout. Overall,

responsibilities will include gathering requirements, elaborating, and grooming in a matrix environment that includes engineering and technology, operations, product, marketing, and others. The product manager will be responsible for end-to-end product development lifecycle, product launch, training, marketing, data collection, continuous analytics and third-party relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Build, and advocate product roadmap for a portfolio of data science products and projects

- Lead and contribute to planning sessions with stakeholders including senior management and executives.

- Ability to balance short-term and long-term product priorities and influence decision-making.

- Familiar with Agile methodologies, scrum teams, sprint planning, and basic principles of project management

- Ability to write detailed user stories and product specifications with wireframes as needed

- Own the delivery of the product along with the engineering team

- Partner with operations team to make processes efficient and implement processes as needed.

- Streamline and drive automation and repeatability.

- Support the marketing team with documentation of features, functionality, release notes, and product differentiation to create sales collateral.

- Ability to identify and define the minimum viable product (MVP) as necessary.

- Support product launches, release communication, and customer webinars

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2-15 years experience in product management

- 2-15 years experience in products related to data science, and data analytics

- Experience with products built using AI/ML technologies

- Experienced in agile methodology, writing detailed user stories, creating mockups and wireframes, sprint planning, and execution.

- Prior experience or familiarity with software programming, Python, R scripts, - highly desirable

- Exceptional has written, verbal, and visual communication skills

- Hands-on contributor, content creator, and PowerPoint builder

- Ability to generate customer-facing content explaining feature benefits, re-lease notes, and training material.

- Passionate about constantly identifying new use cases, creative ideas to build innovative products.

- Any Technical Graduation/ Post Graduation (B.E. B. Tech. MCA etc)
