Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Director to lead our IT corporate training division.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans to grow our corporate training business, generate new revenue streams, and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the IT corporate training division.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships and pitch our training services to decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities and assess competitive threats.
- Work closely with the training team to develop training programs that meet the needs of our corporate clients.
- Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and market research.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT corporate training industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT corporate training industry and emerging trends.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
