Required skills and experience:
- Ability to engage with C suite business and technology executives at client organizations
- Strong understanding of digital transformation processes and technologies
- Experience working in Digital transformation sales / Enterprise SAAS sales
- Background and proven experience in consultative selling
- Ability to work in the US time zone and focus on North America as a region.
Role & Responsibilities:
- The VP Business Development will be leading the teams including Inside Sales and other BDMs.
- Will focus on identifying and executing lead generation strategies.
- Work with enterprise clients throughout the business development life cycle
- Develop a plan to achieve the business targets
- Train and coach individual Business development managers
