HR Manager for a fast growing digital transformation services and platforms company.  We are a 500+ FTE organisations doing projects across all areas of digital technologies along with our product / platform IPs.  We need a dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR function.  Responsibilities include :   a) End to End HR lifecycle - Recruitment, emoployee engagement, learning & development, payroll and exit  b) Define the structure of HR team, assign and monitor regular activities  c) Define KRAs for HR function in line with business goals  d) Regular cadence with senior management and provide necessary MIS in a timely fashion  d) Focus on ongoing employee engagement and development initiatives and track effectiveness of the same  e) Manage all compliance related to HR function  IT / Digital industry experience is preferable.
