Company Profile :  Xchange is a start-up with aspirations to become India's most innovative car leasing company by integrating new technologies and business practices.   Job Description :  - We are seeking a sharp, team-oriented, business savvy and highly-organized National Fleet Manager as we grow our start-up car Leasing company. This is an opportunity to work with a world class operations team on the daily functions that drive our business.   - This position is the right hand to the Head of Leasing and will be a jack of all trades - from handling large scale OEM relationships and fleet deployments to operations monitoring to hustling to improve on the ground operations across all cities. If that sounds like you keep reading.  What you will do :  - Liaise between Xchange and all vendors and partners (OEM, vendors, strategic partners, etc.) and be the single point of contact for overseeing and implementing all external partnerships at a national level  - Work with City Operations Teams to understand on the ground needs and create cohesive programs and processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks as business scales  - Responsible for all in-fleeting activities including demand forecasting, timely order confirmation in line with expected lead times from manufacturers  - Work closely with Business Head on strategic and operational initiatives to scale business  - Performs other duties as assigned.  Skills you have :  - Experience in managing large national level partnerships and ensuring on the ground execution of those partnerships  - Strong financial and analytical acumen  - Experience in fleet management and supervision management.   - Knowledge and expertise in car leasing industry a plus   - Proven experience in P&L management and supervising cross functional Teams preferred  - Solid Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheet skills  - Excellent organization, planning skills and strong attention to detail  - Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines  - Flexibility and ability to adapt to different roles and job related requirements
