Job Title : Assistant Manager - Operations

Reports : Sr. Manager - Operations

Location : Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

The Assistant Manager - Operations role will be based out of Bangalore.

AM Ops would be involved in planning and execution of delivery of material to school.

As mentioned IMAX would be operating across multiple states serving large number of schools and handling more than 5000 SKUs at a time.

The AM Ops would be responsible for planning and execution of the last mile delivery from end-to-end. This would include printing and warehouse planning, delivery channel optimization, worker management and other allied activities.

The AM Ops will lead the initiative for an assigned region/state and support the state school

relations team with timely work and information update. It's a high energy requirement and requires you to spend 50% of time on field or in warehouse.

Goals :

1. Make the complete delivery plan based on SKU, printing plan and vendors

2. Identify TATs for each activity and validate the plan

3. Coordinate with the vendors to get the timely and correct updates of the progress

4. Complete documentation of Purchase Order, Goods Received Notes, Delivery challans

5. Coordinate and complete timely stock verification audits and stock reconciliation with vendors

6. Coordinate with vendor for invoice and payments

7. Complete dashboards for capture work progress and share information with the respective team

8. Push for hard deadlines/timelines and deliver on it

9. Be aware of the best industry practices around the world

Required skills and experience :

1. 4-6 years- experience preferably manufacturing plants, warehousing, supply chain industry covering planning and execution profiles

2. Education : Graduate Degree / MBA

3. High analytical ability and advance excel skills (important)

4. Ability to work with existing methods, iterate and improve them

5. Vendor management skills

6. Problem solving skills - identify the reason for issue in a multi-stakeholder environment

Salary offered : 6-8 LPA
