Roles & Responsibilities -

Advance knowledge of specialized areas of various economic and Business Laws

Expertise on Indirect taxation (Excise, service tax, Customs and Sales Tax laws) and its application and implementations

Immense Knowledge on commercial laws, finance and accounts and its implication on the transaction

Strong analytical and Multitasking skills to manage the priorities, and ability to meet deadlines

Expertise on International Trade compliance regulations

Sound Knowledge in multinational transactions, International contracts, Logistics, Foreign Trade policy, Project Management, effective utilization of tax treaties, and various other international transactions

- Must have exposure of manufacturing, preferably from Food & Beverages.

- Must have experience into Legal/ Taxation/Documentation and unit P&L.
