Qualification- CS & LLB

Experience - 4-5 Years

CTC- 6.5 Lacs

- Must have exposure into Manufacturing.

- Exposure into drafting the legal documents / agreements / Secretarial work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To draft complaints wherever necessary.

- To prepare legal notices and prepare replies to legal notice

- To ensure compliance of the provisions of Companies Law, SEBI, FEMA etc.

- Exposure of RBI regulations & compliance

- Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of Board / Committee Meetings.

- Independently maintains Statutory Registers and Records

- To coordinate and liaison with international offices and administrators across different jurisdictions of Company and address their queries/information request.

- Good Exposure in drafting and vetting of Agreements, other legal documents.
