Manager - Accounting & Claims Settlement

Responsibilities:

- Lead customer relationship teams ensuring excellent client service through timely collection of premiums and settlement of claims.

- Exhibit positive and progressive behaviors along with adherence of group policies and process guidelines.

- Ensure timely and accurate information/reporting is available to demonstrate performance results.

- Lead a team of 50-60 FTEs and 3-4 Direct Leads

Work Location: Mumbai - (Thane & Vikhroli)

Region : UK

Reporting to: Associate Director

- Someone who has managed a team of 50-60 Fte's and been part of their appraisal cycle for at least 6-10 cycles.

- Regular interaction with UK Stakeholders and Clients

- Good with numbers and Ms Excel skills

- Good with preparing reports and presentation for the stakeholders
