JOB REQUISITES

Role Summary

- To support ME Financial and management reporting

Responsibilities

- Primarily responsible for financial, management and statutory reporting. Review of P&L, Balance sheet and headcount

- Ensure correct and complete revenue based on MFI statement and reconcile MFIs with books of accounts

- Month/Period end closing - check and review GLs extracted from ERP, Variance analysis explain RCA of deviation

- Ensure accurate accrual / accrual reversal and accurate cost booking in different GLs in sync with different business units and cost centres

- Review and analysis of Operating margin and EBITDA

- Check and review any deviation from budget / forecast and explain variance

- Produce monthly expense reports, balance sheet schedules and assist in month end closing and audits

- Prepare monthly business packs & dashboards, create review schedules and reconciliations with various slices and dices of financial metrics. May be required to work on consolidation of business/s MIS as well

- Perform ad hoc business and financial analysis continual review of the financial planning and reporting tool and come up with suggestions to improve its efficiency and effectiveness

- Participate in Annual operating plan / Budgets and roll over forecast and upload in ERP & Hyperion

- Upload/ enter and analyse monthly / quarterly financials and other information in Hyperion

- Liaise with commercial & centre managers and guide on financial movements

- Work with accounts payable team and depart required understanding for correct and accurate cost booking in correct GL and centres


Key Competencies / Skills:

Mandatory skills

- Working experience of ERP financial and reporting system.

- Good knowledge of Hyperion reporting preferred

- Strong personal computer and business solutions software and MS office skills

- Must have good english writing and communication skills

Desired skills

- Good analytical and problem solving skills and able to handle pressure

- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work

- Excellent data orientation

- Preference for experience in likewise industry (infrastructure/design consultancy) in Offshore working module.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDBM

- 4- 6 years of experience in finance domain.

- Three to five years years of experience in reporting
