WSP - HR Analyst - Reporting/Analytics

WSP is seeking someone with at least five years- experience in a HR support role to be based in our iCRC office in India and support all HR administration matters, ensuring excellent service to our internal clients.

The HR Analyst, Reporting and Analytics will support the People and Culture team for compensation and reporting matters, ensuring excellent service to our internal clients.

Will be working closely with the Total Rewards Team.

The tasks will include the following reporting and analytics aspects:

Running recurring HR reports and performing strong validations to make sure the data is accurate. Reports includes the following:

- Headcount and turnover report

- Staff list and exit report, leave report, contract report

- Recruitment report

- Statistics and other government reports

- Demographic reports

- Employee survey report

- Participating in the different annual compensation surveys

- Running different analysis reports:

- Compa-ratio analysis

- Quality Analysis reports to ensure the data entry is properly done in the HR system (WFN)

- Production of annual bonus letters

You will also be involved in other related tasks as needed.

Required competencies and skills:

- Advanced skills in MS Office tools, with an expert level in Excel and Power BI

- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and its reporting capabilities

- Capable and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision, able to work through new tasks;

- Strong attention to detail with accuracy;

- Ability to work in teams and collaborate virtually

- Proven success in multi-tasking, prioritizing between competing priorities and adapting to change;

- Strong ability to adapt and learn new skills, technologies and approaches

- Proven organizational skills with an ability to balance competing priorities

Qualifications

- 2 years of experience working with HR systems, knowledge of Workforce Now would be an asset

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or in any other relevant area
