Principle Accountabilities :

- Analysis of the Corporate tax returns, Financial Statements related documentation of all group companies of India.

- Documentation of Corporate tax returns, Financial Statements related documentation of all group companies of India.

- Workout distributable surplus (Dividend) calculations as per the Indian income tax law

- Periodic legal compliances in relation to the India income tax

- Maintenance of updated corporate structure and other related information/ documentation of WSP PB group

- Other offsite assignments related to WSP PB in India and other group companies

Key Competencies/Skills :

- Positive attitude for new responsibilities and tasks.

- Keen to learn the new laws and accounting systems of different countries.

- Smart worker with a good mix of laborious

- Ready to work in different time zones, if required

- Planning and organizational abilities, multitasking, analytical and problem-solving skills, the capacity to work without supervision and under pressure and the ability to work well in teams and independently among their requirements.

- Good communication skills (preferred language-English)

Qualifications and Experience : MBA/ M.Com - Finance with strong technical knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Agresso)
