JOB TITLE: ERP Master Data Management - Manager / Assistant Manager

JOB LOCATION: Noida

JOB REQUISITES

Role Summary

Responsible for taking care of day to day requirement of financial accounting system. Understanding of business processes and change requirement and mapping of the same in new system. Customization and report development for business reporting and management reporting. Users training and various testing for new modules and enhancements. Cross regional interaction and understanding the requirement for iCRC solutions and mapping the same in Business world ERP system.

Responsibilities:

System Support and Controls - Roles and Activity Listing

- Maintenance of accounting system and latest Version control

- Implementation on new Finance modules and functionality

- Implementation of new controls and functionalities as per business requirement

- Ensuring adequate backup policy and implementing the same

- Monthly closure of books as per monthly financial calendar.

- Year-end closure activities and books roll-over

- Maintenance of Users and User profile

- Applying SOD and maintenance of the same.

- Applying Policy and ensuring compliance of same

- Maintenance of User forms and taking approval for any violation of rights as per business need

- Education and information users about the new functionalities

- Managing IT and external support related requirement for system up time

- Maintenance of master data and creation of all new setup in system like, project, WO, resources, cost center, COA values, customer, suppliers etc.

- Time-sheet maintenance and related report development

Key Competencies / Skills

- Worked as Functional consultant on End to end ERP project implementation (minimum 2 to 3 projects)

- Worked as functional consultant on post production ERP support project (Minimum 2 to 3 projects)

- Possesses strong analytical and commercial acumen

- Have the ability to work independently

- Project confidence, optimism and energy

- Have the ability to develop strong and effective working relationships

- Have good presentation and communication skills

Qualifications

- CA / CPA / ICWA / CS / MBA

- 4+ Years Experience in leading the ERP consultancy firms, Indian companies and MNC companies
