JOB REQUISITES

Role Summary

- Responsible for taking care of day to day requirement of financial accounting system.

- Understanding of business processes and change requirement and mapping of the same in new system. Customization and report development for business reporting and management reporting.

- Users training and various testing for new modules and enhancements. Cross regional interaction and understanding the requirement for iCRC solutions and mapping the same in system.

Responsibilities:

System Support and Controls - Roles and Activity Listing

- Maintenance of accounting system and latest Version control

- Implementation of new controls and functionalities as per business requirement

- Ensuring adequate backup policy and implementing the same

- Monthly closure of books as per monthly financial calendar

- Maintenance of Users and User profile

- Applying SOD and maintenance of the same.

- Applying Policy and ensuring compliance of same

- Maintenance of User forms and taking approval for any violation of rights as per business need

- Education and information users about the new functionalities

- Managing IT and external support related requirement for system up time

- Maintenance of master data and creation of all new setup in system like, project, WO, resources, cost center, COA values, customer, suppliers etc.

Key Competencies / Skills

- Possesses strong analytical and commercial acumen

- Possesses the ability to generate a high degree of respect

- Have the ability to work independently

- Project confidence, optimism and energy

- Have the ability to develop strong and effective working relationships

- Have good presentation and communication skills

Qualifications

- CA / CPA / ICWA / CS / MBA

- 7+ Years Experience in leading the Finance team at all level in Indian and MNC companies
