We are looking for our first marketing hire who is a jack of all trades/hustler with the primary goal to drive sales/growth/customer acquisition. You are a Doer and not a manager i.e someone that can deliver and has an urge to lead and head the growth marketing side of a fast-growing startup.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Formulate a robust short and long and term growth strategy across channels including Organic and Inorganic channels and execute it to achieve the overall objectives.
- Create & manage the paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In & other digital channels. Identify the opportunities to further increase the effectiveness of the marketing efforts.
- Analyse the past campaign performance & do extensive market research to recommend the changes in the current growth strategy.
- Review & finalize the user acquisition & retention strategy and execute it to achieve the business targets.
- Understand and optimize the CRM funnel to improve Email campaigns performance to improve the overall conversion funnel.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Should have Out of Box thinking for driving rapid user acquisition with a 10x growth mindset.
- Should have a proven track record, to prove previous growth/acquisition-related wins.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in growth marketing preferably at a SaaS startup.
- Deep understanding & experience in all major marketing channels- Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliates, etc. and driving scale on customer acquisition and driving top of the funnel for the business.
- Should have experience in PR/brand awareness, SEO, and paid acquisition.
- Should have a good understanding of design and copywriting.
- Ability to understand the customer pain points and design the marketing communications accordingly.
- Should have the necessary skills & comfort in writing copies/scripts for different marketing campaigns and share detailed briefs with the creative team.
- Good analytical and logical skills. Command on Microsoft Excel or Google sheets.
