Position objective:
- To lead the Mumbai Team, by carrying out the overall responsibilities for the entire region including Operations units and managing customers
Reports to: (Please specify in case of dotted reporting)

Regional Operations Managers
Key responsibilities:
- Grow the revenue and P&L EBIDTA for the regional business
- Solely responsible for overall Operations (Delivery) of services for the Mumbai Region
- Generate the opportunity pipeline with Regional Sales Team and collaborate with Business Development team for deal closures
- Drive organic growth of all the existing relationships across all business streams
- Identify cross-selling/Up selling opportunities across all strategic relationships
- Anchor Client visits and provide confidence as Region Sponsor for Prospective client relationships
- Act as a SPOC for all customer escalations within the Region.
- Participate in critical customer meetings on ops performance and ensure resolution of ops-related challenges
- Maintain high levels of client engagements through regular calls and visits to address operational issues
- Track status of customer requests and ensure effective query resolution through coordination with customer service and operations teams
- Accomplishment of Yearly Revenue Budgets through tracking of Business Development & Execution/Delivery Team
- Leading the Entire team & bring about best out of them
- Draft, Review and finalize department budget and present the same for approval by top management and ensure adherence
- Understand the 'Key Business Processes' of the industry and offer end to end solution
- Deeper penetration into the industry with focused approach
- Ensure all Customer escalations are addressed within the region by ensuring high level of leadership engagement with clients
- Ensure customer requests are tracked and resolved in an effective manner within different region
- Building and strengthening strong relationship
- Market Intelligence
- Guide and Coach the respective location Managers
- Competition Churn - robust action plan and corresponding execution to kill competition
Qualifications - (Essential): - Graduation (Any specialization)
Qualifications - (Additional, Preferred): - Post-Graduation (And Management Specialization)
Professional experience, skills, knowledge, and special expertise required:
- Exposure in Retail Banking for a min of 10 years of experience
- Experience managing B2B
- P&L Understanding
- Experience managing a team including blue collared resources
- Must have headed the Operations team at branch /Regional Level
- Exposure to Board & review Meeting
