- To maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.

- Meets Regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating correctives actions.

- Deeper penetration into the industry with focused verticalised approach.

- Building and strengthening strong relationship at CXO levels.

- Understand the Key Business Processes of the industry and offer end to end solutions

- Responsible for Buisness Development and Sales at Regional Level.

- Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones for regional sales team

- Establishing company as focused solutions provider in BPO industry.

- Strong understanding of business goals and ability to create an IT strategy to meet those goals.

- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.

- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.

- Work closely with regional sales or commercial team to provide specific input to the customer.

- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.

- Excellent Planning and organizational skills

- Proven regional level performer with a strong and proven record in BPO sales .

- Should have experience in IT solution and software solution sales.

- Go getter and an aggressive regional leader who has delivered profitable growth in the last 3-5 years

- Proven large account management experience

- Should have lead Teams across geographies

- Should have excellent relationships with CXOs in BFSI and other major verticals

- Experience in PSU vertical will be an additional bonus

- Sound technical knowledge of DMS, ECM and data related solutions

- Excellent communication and presentation skill sets
