Salary Range: 13 - 15 LPA
- Define business development and pricing strategy for Global Move Management Business agents
- Manage and build relationships with all RMC contacts including move coordinators.
- Monitor and resolve service escalations on a daily basis
- Do periodic scheduled calls with RMC's for service feedback.
- Ensure proper and updated file management for the GMMS team
- Monitor shipments to ensure they are managed within the agreed timelines.
- Review cost sheets at every stage and ensure move profitability.
- Prepare and maintain list of agents to be used on GMMS shipments based on service feedback and costs.
- Document SLA's for agent partners and monitor them on a regular basis.
- Maintain SLA's and TAT's as per RMC guidelines.
- Monitor service scores and ensure top block ratings with all RMC's.
- To price lanes / moves as per OFS (Order for service) received from RMC's and provide feedback to pricing team. Monitor and take corrective actions on lanes priced or to be priced.
- Ensure all updates are recorded as per RMC guidelines offline as well as online.
- Monitor and improve communication of GMMS team with internal and external customers
- Prepare projections and monthly reports for GMMS business MIS.
- Ensure 100% billing on time as per the billing TAT's. Oversee collections / receivable performance.
- To build and manage a robust process to ensure Customer Delight and enhance the RMC experience
